This site is for New Zealanders (Kiwis) and International
Customers.
How To Buy
Shopping at GiftsNZ.com is easy you don't need to create an account
or register first. Just click "add to Basket" for each
item you would like to purchase. When you have finished shopping, we will then ask
for your delivery and payment details. ALL prices are in New
Zealand Dollars! Each
page has a Currency Conversion button at the top of the page for your
convenience. I suggest if you are unsure or unfamiliar with Carts that
you experiment with adding products and removing them from the cart.
Nothing is finalised until you have completed all the details and pushed
the SUBMIT button.
On clicking "add to Basket" your chosen product will appear in the shopping cart with a default quantity of one. Change the
quantity if desired or if you change your mind just select a quantity
of 0, followed by 'Recalculate' and the cart will remove it. Easy! An
automated invoice is emailed immediately as confirmation upon
successfully placing the order. All orders are dispatched straight away
or an email sent detailing any possible delays. Also an email is sent
if we have credit card 'difficulties' as these do occur from time to
time.
New Zealand Tax
All displayed prices throughout this web site exclude GST and are therefore TAX FREE for Overseas Destinations. Orders within New Zealand will have GST added at the shopping cart.
Gift Wrap and Card
Every time you visit the GiftsNZ.com shopping cart there is a button called "Gift Wrapping" that you can select that will add $5.00 to the cart. You can leave a message for the card in the comments section of the shopping cart immediately below the Gift Wrapping button.
Payment Types
Accepted credit card types are Visa, Master Card, Amex and JCB. Also Paypal
Exchange Rate
All credit card charges are charged in the New Zealand Dollar. Your bank of origin will automatically convert the charged amount into your normal currency (eg US dollars or Australian dollars etc) The conversion rate at which this is done is entirely up to the bank with whom your credit card is with, and of course this rate will fluctuate daily.

Our web site is a physical store where you can purchase New
Zealand gifts and New Zealand Souvenirs direct from Simply Souvenirs
Ltd. Your credit or debit
card security is of paramount importance to us therefore we ensure that
any credit/debit card information that you give us remains completely
safe and confidential.
Our Returns Policy - Cancellation
Cancelations can be made any time before delivery by email: info@giftsnz.com
Within 14 days of delivery
of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the GiftsNZ.com
store, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price,
(This does not include the freight) provided:
* The product is undamaged
and in original condition.
* The original receipt slip is included with the item.
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories.
*21st keys and Carvings that have been engraved will not be refunded at all.
We cannot accept returns
of opened items, damaged or soiled items, or items returned (received
by us) more than 14 days after delivery.
The shipping cost of returned
items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result
of our error. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be
refunded, unless the return is again the result of our error.
